Modern Taekwondo is a Martial Art and Sport requiring participants to make physical contact by kicking and punching to legal scoring zones as deemed appropriate within the context of the World Taekwondo Federation Rules.
All members taking part in contact activities be aware; Instructors take all appropriate care during instruction but take no responsibility for actions of the individual participant.
Western Sydney Taekwondo members MUST register and insure with Taekwondo Australia each year to ensure compulsory Insurance coverage requirements are met.
Students that fail to comply with all of Western Sydney Taekwondo dojang rules, compulsory registration and Insurance requirements risk refusal to competition areas and associated activities.
